lower back pain home treatment?

last day i was sitting in front of a window and i was reaching for something in the table when i felt a sharp pain in my lower left-back...now this pain has grown and its really killing me. i cant stand, lay down, i cant even wipe my ass out!! also, it has affected my posture, because now i seem to be leaning towards my right side and my body looks really weird!!! how the hell can i overcome this, should i see a doctor? any home treatment advice?? please!!
